This policy explains how Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025) (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your personal information on the Crewible website. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you request the honest guide or contact us.
• Payment details, which are handled directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• The messages you type into the install helper chat, so it can answer you.
• Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.

What we do not collect

Crewible itself runs in your own Claude Code, on your own machine and your own Claude account. Your business data, your files, and everything the crew does for you stay with you. None of it touches our servers, because there is nothing on our end for it to touch.

How we use it

We use your information to send you the guide you asked for, process your payment, answer your install questions, respond to your enquiries, and improve what we offer. We do not sell your personal information.

How AI is used

The install helper chat on this site is powered by AI. The messages you type into it are sent securely to Anthropic to generate a reply. We do not use your messages to train models, and Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its business API.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this site. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Resend (sending the emails you request)
• Anthropic (the install helper chat)
• Vercel (website hosting)

Storage and security

Your data is access-controlled and held with the providers above. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will act in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. If you have a privacy concern, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Cookies

We use only what is needed to run the site. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
