Refund Policy

This policy applies to Crewible, a one-time purchase from Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025).

Your rights under the law

Crewible comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the product is not as described or has a major problem, you are entitled to a remedy. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Try before you buy

The honest guide is free, and it exists precisely so you can decide whether Crewible is right for you before you spend anything. If it talks you out of buying, it did its job. You can also ask the install helper on this site, or email us, anything you like before you buy.

Our guarantee

On top of your legal rights: if you buy Crewible, give it a genuine go, and it is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. We may ask for brief feedback so we can keep improving. Because Crewible is a download you keep, we ask that you act in good faith and delete your copy if we refund you.

Digital delivery

The download is available straight after payment, from the confirmation page. Bookmark that page to re-download any time, and if a download ever fails, email us and we will send it over.

How to request a refund

Email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au with the email address you purchased with and a line about what happened. We aim to reply within a few business days.
